Prior to the closing of your new home, we conduct a new home orientation walk-through. After you move into your new home, we continue to work with you to ensure your complete satisfaction. We follow-up with each homeowner several times after closing to make certain that everything is meeting your expectations. We build our homes to be as trouble free as possible, but when you have a concern, your concern becomes our priority.
