Prior to closing of your new home, we conduct a new home orientation walk-through. After you move into your new home, we continue to work with you to ensure you are well taken care of. We have a proven follow up process that includes a 14 day, 60 day and 11 month follow up to ensure all of your expectations are met. We build homes to be as trouble free as possible, but when you have a concern, your concern becomes our priority.
